Iterative development
Variable- Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each one.
- Access to a test environment from the first sprint.
- Room to pivot if discovery had not anticipated something.
Deliverable: Working software tested in every sprint.

Deployment and support
Ongoing- Go-live with a rollback plan.
- Training for the client's team.
- Evolutionary and corrective maintenance.
